Terms and Conditions

Best Fix Price – Handyman Service LLC provides handyman and home repair services in Irvine and Orange County, California. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

Services and estimates
Estimates describe the work we agree to perform and its flat-rate price. Materials are not included unless the estimate says so; materials we purchase for your job are billed at cost based on receipts. Any additional work beyond the estimate is performed only after your approval.

Scheduling
Appointment times are confirmed by phone or text message. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo; card payments add 5%.

Warranty
We provide a six-month workmanship warranty on labor we perform. The warranty covers defects in our workmanship; it does not cover materials, pre-existing conditions, or damage caused by others.

Text messaging
By booking a service and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive service-related text messages about your booking (confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notifications, invoice links, and a review request).
